[Ziva has gone to see Gibbs in the hospital. She walks in and he is asleep. When she walks over he grabs her arm and gets out of the bed. She starts telling him about some of the things he doesn't remember. She ends up telling him about Ari and Kate.]

Ziva

Ari...... Ari killed Kate! And I...... I killed Ari! [she starts crying]

Your brother? You killed your brother to save me?

Ziva

[crying] Yes.

[Gibbs glares at her, frustrated]

Ziva

See? That's it!

That's what?!

Ziva

The old Gibbs stare!

[Gibbs continues to look frustrated. Ziva grabs his hand and uses it to head-slap herself]

[Gibbs hugs her as his memory returns and she cries]

S3 E24 Hiatus: Part 2

[gets his gun and badge back from Tony, gives him a long look] You'll do.

[Gibbs puts his gun and badge in Tony's hands, and squeezes his shoulder]

It's your team now. [turns to McGee] You're a good agent, Tim. Don't let him tell you otherwise.

I won't, boss.

Gibbs... [Gibbs puts his finger over Abby's lips and kisses her on the cheek]

[walks back to Ziva] I owe you, Ziva.

Ziva

I'll collect, Jethro.

S3 E24 Hiatus: Part 2

Ziva

He'll only talk if I can...

No torture.

Ziva

There's no other way.

Find one.

Ziva

Okay, but you're tying my feet.

Hands.

Ziva

Those, too.

S3 E24 Hiatus: Part 2

Ziva

He won't talk unless I...

No torture.

Ziva

He won't talk.

Try.

Ziva

Okay, but you're tying my feet.

Hands.

Ziva

Those, too.

S3 E24 Hiatus: Part 2

[Gibbs glares at Ziva, frustrated]

Ziva

Good, that's a start.

What is?

Ziva

The old Gibbs stare!

S3 E24 Hiatus: Part 2

Today, Ziva!

Ziva

Okay. I may be in a little bit of trouble.

Yeah? Define little.

Ziva

I am currently on the run from the FBI, NCIS, Mossad and my father.

Geez, what'd you do?

S4 E1 Shalom

Ziva

The target's name was Abdul Wazir. A Syrian wanted for crimes against the state of Israel. Terminated by this man, Mossad Officer Namir Eschel, my former teammate when I was stationed in Paris.

Who's supposed to be dead.

Ziva

Apparently he's gotten better.

S4 E1 Shalom

Ziva

Things are bad enough for NCIS as it is, Tony. You can't --

[interrupting] I don't remember asking your opinion, Officer David.

Ziva

You see? He's been completely insufferable since you left.

That true, Tony?

When I need to be.

Yeah? Maybe you were the right man for the job.

S4 E1 Shalom

Ziva

It's really not that bad, McGee.

For a spy you're a horrible liar.

Ziva's right. You can hardly notice. But...

But?

I wouldn't let Agent DiNozzo see it if I were you.

Let Agent DiNozzo see what?

(mumbles) Nothing.

Why are you mumbling, McGee?

(mumbles) I'm not mumbling.

Well, you either just said "mimes aren't rumbling" or "I'm not mumbling." And I don't see any mimes. Agent Lee, why is Agent McGee mumbling?

He over-bleached his teeth, Sir. Apparently he fell asleep while wearing his bleaching tray, Sir.

You don't watch Friends, do you? Same thing happened to Ross. You could have learned from our friend's mistake. But you chose to read instead! Let me see the damage.

(mumbles) No.

As team leader, people, I need to be aware of any condition that might affect an agent's ability to perform his or her duties.

Ziva

And what does having embarrassingly white teeth have to do with performing his duties?

You said it was not that bad!

She lied! Open up your mouth.

(mumbles) No.

Let me see the Chiclets.

(mumbles) No.

Let me see them.

(mumbles) No.

Open your - Gibbs!

What is...?

I have no idea.

Ziva

Oh, okay. I understand.

Understand what?

Ziva

You feel a little threatened now that Gibbs is back.

I do not!

Ziva

You have been whining like a little snitch all week!

The term is 'bitch'.

Ziva

I know. I was being polite.

S4 E3 Singled Out

Okay, I got used to being in charge!

Ziva

You better get unused to being in charge before Gibbs decides to shoot you.

S4 E3 Singled Out

So I got used to being in charge, sue me! (goes to grab car door, so does Ziva)

Ziva

Is there a reason why you always have to drive?

I could say it's because I'm the senior field agent, but mostly because I want to live.

Ziva

Then I recommend you getting unused to being in charge before Gibbs decides to kill you.

S4 E3 Singled Out

Chances of finding her alive drop to almost zero after 48 hours. [looks at Gibbs] Sorry. I'm sure you knew that, boss.

Don't apologize, DiNozzo.

Right. Sign of weakness.

Ziva

Not to mention annoying.

S4 E3 Singled Out

Ziva

90 second dates. I thought you were kidding me Gibbs.

You'll do fine Ziva, I've had marriages shorter than that.

S4 E3 Singled Out

[McGee and Ziva are trying to find a bullet in pile of vomit]

Well, we could toss a coin. [Ziva gives him a look] Or not. All right, give me some gloves.

Ziva

You didn't pack the gloves.

I thought you packed the gloves.

Ziva

[laughs] I didn't pack the gloves.
