[Gordon calls up both teams after dinner service]

All of you, listen carefully. I have in my hand the comment cards. I was hoping that they would decide the winning team. (rips up the comment cards into pieces and throws them everywhere) Tonight, it was the most shocking dinner service yet. Here's the sad news: YOUR MENU, YOUR CREATIVITY, YOUR EXECUTION, AND SUPPOSEDLY, YOUR TEAMWORK. Blue Team, embarrassing. I mean, really embarrassing. It's just like you didn't care. And ladies, raw potatoes. And then Dana, raw fucking lobster. I expected tonight to be your absolute best. Unfortunately, it's gone down in history as one of your worst. There will be no winning team.

[The red team, who had managed to finish service, are visibly upset]

DDana

(interview) I'm so confused right now. Somebody tell me what the hell's going on?

(interview) I don't even know what to say. Like... I really thought we had this.

Both teams, decide which two people you want to nominate to lose from your team. Fuck off.

[Gordon checks on catfish brought up by Kimmie]

Stop. Stop, stop, stop, stop, stop, stop, stop, stop! Oh, Jesus. [returns to the workstation] Aaaahhh. I could cry. I could just... I could just cry. [throws his spoon]

Agh - fuck.

[knocks the workstation with both hands] STOP! Come here, you. Let me show you something: I've got raw, raw fucking catfish there.

Then there's burnt shit there.

DDana

(interview) What are you thinking, Kimmie? This is not happening! NO!

(points to each member of the Red team) You, you, you, you, GET OUT! YOU'RE A FUCKING DISGRACE!

Hey (Christina), hey! Yeah, touch! [tosses a piece of catfish to Christina] That's the raw bits!

Yeah, I see it, chef. I see it.

Fucking disgrace! GET OUT!

(interview) We didn't finish service because of that fucking fish station. It was supposed to Kimmie's time to shine. I don't fucking get it.

[Sous-chef Scott goes up to the dorms and gathers the teams, but Gordon stops them once they get to the kitchen]

Stay there. Stay there. Trust me; Scott, Andi, and I will finish the service. Let me tell you that. That was shocking. I can't take any more. Do me a big favour: Each of you have a good chat, based on tonight's service, and come up with one individual from each team that should be leaving Hell's Kitchen tonight. And I hope to hell that all of you are feeling like shit.

DDana

Yes, chef.

Pathetic. All of you, upstairs. Get out of here.

(interview) Dinner service was disgusting once again. It's just dumb mistakes. It's really frustrating.

[In the team communication challenge, both teams fail to score a single point.]

(interview) The lamb is nicely cooked, the sauce is on, we got this, we got this, got this.

[Gordon tastes blue team's lamb]

Unreal! (chokes the undercooked lamb)

Fuck!

Wow! Ugh!

(interview) Yeah, we're fucked.

The sauce is disgusting. It looks like in a gas station. Nasty!

DDana

(interview) Okay, this could be good for us, I mean our lamb is cooked perfectly!

Red team! (holds the lamb)

I sliced the lamb, Chef. I apologize.

(to Barbie) Did you slice the lamb or chewed the lamb?

DDana

(interview) Barbie, what have you done to this lamb? Did you cut it with a fucking spoon?

[Gordon tastes red team's lamb, chokes, and throws it on the ground]

I am seriously disappointed. I expected at this stage in the game something so much better! For the first time ever in Hell's Kitchen history, I, Gordon Ramsay, cannot pick a winner! Red team, blue team, you both lost. One team would've had an amazing day with a beach in Santa Monica, visiting Malibu in a helicopter. You had a beach club this afternoon for yourselves.

DDana

(interview) Hell's Kitchen season 10 making history! Only we're making history because we suck!

You have a long day cleaning. The front of Hell's Kitchen needs sprucing up. After that, Hell's Kitchen SUV's need detailing. But more importantly, I'm opening Hell's Kitchen tonight.

Yes, chef.

And do you know why? Redemption! You need it. I swear to god, it's going to be a great service. Because if it's not, I am not waiting until the end of service to get rid of dead wood.

Fuck!

Get cleaning.

Let's go guys.

(interview) Chef's pissed and do you know what? He's got every right to be pissed. We should all be embarrassed to be wearing these jackets right now.

(to Clemenza) Come on, C!

(to remaining chefs) Hi, guys.

Hi, James.

By the way, that's the car [shows a classic car with a surfboard after joint challenge loss] those taking to you to a private beach for the day.

Wow.

(interview) God, man! It would have been fucking pimped to roll down in Malibu [dream of time at the beach and relaxing on a pool with a wine] in that red car, lay down a beach, have some drinks, and just relax by the pool. Why couldn't we just win today so we could've been at the beach?

Enough about that cause that all winners stuff and we're all bunch of losers at the moment. (to both teams) So, we're going to clean. Alright guys, let's go.

Away now, first entrée: One arancetti, two filet, one chicken parm! (to Dana) How long?

DDana

(pause) I need six minutes.

Let's go!

DDana

(interview) I'm focusing on searing the hundred orders of filet that I have coming in. It's a lot of meat, so I'm a little concerned. And by a little, I mean a lot.

[to Dana] Stop! Stop, you! Stop! All of you, come here! (shows everyone Dana's burnt pans) Come here. (to Christina) Talk to me. What do you think?

Obviously, the pan got too hot, chef.

(to Barbie) Go on then, "chef."

It's burnt, chef. (interview) Dana has two filets, and they are black as night. Everything in the pan was black.

Oh, fuck off, the lot of you, WILL YOU?

DDana

(interview) FUCK! I should've just thrown them out!

Good to see Paul again. [Paul nods]

Great to see Paul.

Alright. So, here we have a stuffed halibut with goat cheese, crab, and shrimp.

DDana

Is that spaghetti underneath?

Yeah, it's some capellini.

Paul (from Season 9): I don't really get the capellini to be honest with you. [chuckles] I think it just looks like you threw something on the plate just to add a starch. It's just very plain and boring.

(interview) Paul's a dick! He was a dick in Season 9 and he's still a dick!

Uh, Rock. Out of five, how would you judge Jason's dish, please?

Rock (from Season 3): I'm gonna give you a three.

Dana, how did that taste?

Dana (from Season 10): Um...everything's kind of coated in a lot of butter.

Yeah. Not thought out properly.

DDana

I'm gonna go with a two. [to Jason] Sorry.

Paul, please.

I'm sorry, man. I'm gonna go with one.

One? Wow.

(interview) One?! Paul can go fuck himself!

For me, it's a two as well.

[the scoreboard shows Jason at eight points] Alright, well, thank you all for your input. I really do appreciate it. Thank you. [joins the rest of the Blue Team] Wah-wah-wah.

Jason, let's confirm one thing: you'll definitely not be the month of December.

[sarcastically] Thanks, chef.

You're welcome.

Gabriel, let's go.

(interview) Even though I'm nervous, I still feel confident in my dish. [to the judges] Hello. How are you all?

Where's the rest of the lamb?

Yeah, uh...it's roasted rack of lamb. The sauce is, uh...

Can you just stop two seconds? [points to the kitchen] You gotta bring me the rest of the rack of lamb in the kitchen there. [as Gabriel runs back to get the rest of the lamb] Why would you put two chops on there?

I don't get it.

(interview) Gabriel freezes up at the last minute and thinks that he's pressed for time, so he just freaks out and doesn't put anything on the plate.

[Gabriel returns with a much larger lamb chop]

Why would you not put that on?

I was down to, like, one second. So, it was that one second to cut it or one second to take it off. I decided to make a professional decision and leave it off.

Forty-five minutes.

I understand, chef.

My instructions, every time we enter one of these challenges: Get your proteins on.

Yes, chef.

Should we get straight to tasting and forget the presentation?

DDana

[cuts into the smaller lamb chop] The lamb is actually overcooked.

Yeah, the lamb definitely does look like it's overcooked.

(to Gabriel) Did you slice and then re-sear?

I had to, chef. [Gordon facepalms] I put it back together, but I put it in, and then when I pulled it out, it...that's what I had.

Gabriel.

Yes?

That bit you left off...that we can't judge is cooked perfectly. And unfortunately, I'm struggling to give you a one.

Yes, chef.

Thank you. Back in line!

Yes, chef. [the scoreboard shows Gabriel at zero points]

[exhales deeply] Wow. Right now, I'm not too sure what I'm gonna put on the calendar.

(interview) Oh, no. I'm next. I'm–I'm the last one. Like, the situation just got so real. If I don't come through, that makes Chef Ramsay look bad because he put his faith in us.

[whispering to Joy] Joy, take it home.

Let's go, Joy, please. Thank you.

[to the judges] Hello.

DDana

Hi.

Alright, what have we got?

We have a seared duck breast, and on top of that are some oven-roasted figs and mushrooms...and some Swiss chard for your veggie.

What was your inspiration behind the dish?

[pause] Uh...my inspiration was actually just cooking things I never cooked before. I never cooked duck, never cooked Swiss chard. I don't eat blackberries.

Huh?

I ate a fig for the first time here.

So you cooked for us stuff you've never cooked before to get on the calendar?

[Gordon facepalms again as Joy nods her head]

Damn!

Seriously? Fuck me. [slaps Rochelle's black jacket]

(interview) I'm gonna get my black jacket! It's right there in the center, I can see it! It's so pretty!

Uh, let's go. Paul.

Aesthetically, the dish looked amazing. The whole dish itself eats very well. There's balance, you get the acidity. I like it a lot.

Thank you.

Rock, how was that?

Flavor from top to bottom, it looked beautiful. The balance with that fruit...that's absolutely amazing.

Thank you.

Nice. Dana, what do you think?

DDana

I think this is the first dish that I've tasted and said, "Wow, this is delicious."

Rock, give us a number, please. One to five.

I'm just gonna go with a five.

Wow! Wow, wow, wow. Paul, one to five, please.

I'm gonna go five.

Wow. Dana.

DDana

I'm gonna give it a five also.

Thank you!

[The other contestants applaud as Joy earns fifteen points from the guest judges alone to beat Rochelle]

I thought the dish was delicious. I'm gonna give it a four. Great job, well done.

Thank you, thank you! (interview) You know, thank you, chef. But I already got my black jacket! [laughs]

Nineteen out of twenty! [Joy runs up and hugs Kashia]

Nice job, Joy!
