Get off the bus.
[shakes head] I can't.

[Amber raises her eyebrows in encouragement. Dr. House gives a nod and walks off the bus. Amber looks at the window, smiles and a white light slowly fades in, covering Amber and fades out.]
[House slowly realizes that his previous night with Cuddy and much of his current day has been nothing more than a Vicodin-caused delusion.]
[whispering in House's ear] So. This is the story you made up about who you are. It's a nice one.
[A vision of Kutner appears.]
