Thurgood quotes from The PJs

Tell us, how did you arrive at a performance that evokes such a provocatively resonant verisimilitude?

Thurgood

[in character voice] Now, what the hell is that supposed to mean?! [audience laughs. He switches to his deep voice] Gotcha, James. Nah, I just made the voice up. Same way I make up the dialogue.

So, there are no scripts?

Thurgood

Nope. I make this [bleep] up as I go along.

What would you like to hear God say when you arrive?

Thurgood

The jokes aren't whitey 'cause we own heaven.
