Good morning, Agent P. I know you've been on venomous insectoid robot duty for the last nine months, but I have good news! Well, news. We suspect that Doofenshmirtz is back to his evil ways. And by "suspect", I mean he emailed us.
He also updated his social media status to "evil again".

[Pan away from the monitor, where it's seen that Perry has immediately left his lair]
[seeing a Linda-shaped cloud in the sky, floating over the Flynn-Fletcher house] Guys, is it just me or does that cloud kind of look like your mom?
No, she's right! Look! That is Mom!
Yes! I recognize that look of tired disapproval anywhere!

[looking over his tablet] Inexplicably, your mother's vaporized bits have coalesced with the high humidity in the air to form a "cumulo-mom-bus" if you will.
In English, nerdy boy. [Baljeet hands him a Nerd-to-English dictionary] Oh, a Mom Cloud!
[with Candace panicking back and forth behind him] But she looks very unstable.
Guys, I know we have to do today! Save Mom!

Grab anything what we might need!

I brought Mom out, I bumped out the fan. It's my fault.
[Cut to Phineas and Ferb on the bumper cars. Candace runs into them.]
Wa-wa-wa-wa-wait! What can I do?
Oh, uh, grab the Whack-a-Pest and follow us!
She has absorbed too much water! She is nearly two tons! We cannot fire the device until she is close to her normal density! Otherwise, she could explode!
So how the heck do we get ride of all that water weight?!
Water? Wait! Waterworks! That's it! [goes into the house and upstairs to her room, carrying the family portraits] Mom! [lets go of the pictures and they float up to the Linda Cloud]
[The Linda Cloud looks at all the family photos from every year on the first day of summer and sobs in happiness]
[Cut to the park where a mother is scolding her picky son, who is grumpily crossed his arms and he refusing to eat his broccoli.]

No dessert until your plate is clear.
[The inator gets the broccoli off of the plate.]
[Cut to the family enjoying their dinner. The inator grabs the whole table.]
Ah, Perry the Platypus, have I got a surprise for you! [zaps his inator at Perry, making him grow to a giant size] Okay, note to self: Only use the Make-Bigger-inator outside. You weren't supposed to get that big, Perry the Platypus, only 20% bigger.
[Giant Perry stomps through the straights of Danville, causing some accidental destruction while struggling with his size]

[through megaphone] Thank goodness it was National Evacuate the City Day!
[Perry accidentally crushes the WJOP radio antenna with his tail, then looks down, seeing Phineas and Ferb on the street]
[surprised by Perry's humongous size; calling out] Whoa! Perry, is that you?!
[Perry steps on a clown car with his foot after the clowns get out and run away, causing him to slip and fall, and is about to crush the boys… when it's soon revealed to be just a simulation projected onto a screen]
Wakey-wakey, Perry the Platypus! Did you enjoy your giant movie monster dream? [Perry shockingly chatters as he wakes up] Yes, yes, it was just a dream. I... I'll explain. Have you ever noticed that everyone always wants to tell you their dreams, and... and they're so boring? They just go on and on and on and on. And... And there's no character development. There's nothing that's hooking me into the story. I'd rather just wait for the movie. And to that end, behold, my Dream-Project-inator! Y-You'll never guess what it does. It projects people's drea-- I-I guess it's in the name.
[as Perry crashes onto the floor next to his chair while entering his lair; dusting] Sorry, Agent P. I was cleaning your lair and forgot to move your chair back.
[Perry picks himself up, badly bruised, and chatters annoyingly at Carl for that]
You know how Agent P feels about his chair-- [falls over, backwards; grunting] Carl, where's my chair?!
I had to clean your area, too, sir.
Curse your furniture-based shenanigans, Carl!
Okay, I'm taking you on one condition: I don't wanna see any crazy inventing, wild adventures or improbable shenanigans.
Well, I don't know if I'd ever called if we do "shenanigans".
Yes. Yes, we are. Hey, where's Per-
(The car drives off.)
(yelling impatiently) Stop! Enough! You're driving me nuts!
[Cut to Doof and Perry's elevator as Doof is making Perry out of his clothes.]
Yeah, keep it down in there!
[Cut back to Candace and the boys.]
No problem. I'm not sure why it makes you upset, though. It seems sometimes that you make the most upset that we're doing something cool.
You think I seem upset? (yells) Of course I'm upset!
