[After being captured by Robin Hood]
Oi! The money you have could feed the poor of Nottingham!
DDan
Just let them take what they need, Lukey.
[Will appears and recognises them]
[He runs over to Dan and Luke and hugs them]
[They continue to hug. There is laughter and sobbing]
[Allan smiles, Much hugs Dan and Allan hugs Luke]
Will, you know these people?
[laughing] I'd like you to meet my father Dan Scarlett and my little brother Lukey.
[He playfully grabs Will and Will puts his head up against Luke's head]
My big little brother Lukey!
[Robin smiles]
Dad, I'm an outlaw! I stand up for what I believe in!
[exhales] It doesn't matter.
DDan
Yes it does. Tell me.
You let the Sheriff cut off your hand!
That was to save me and you!
[Will puts his hand on Luke's shoulder]
I know. I didn't mean that.
[After the Sheriff's declaration of quarantining Pitt Street due to the supposed pestilence]
DDan
SHERIFF, THIS IS NOT RIGHT!
[He is pulled back by Much]
DDan
I've just had a look at a young lass and it's not a pestilence.
DDan
I've seen a pestilence before in Scarborough. These people must have food and water...and medicine!
DDan
I've shut up for you once before, Sheriff. It lost me my wife, my hand and the respect of my son. So, I'm not shutting up anymore! Now, why are you saying this is the pestilence?
[A guard stabs Dan. Will is being held back by Little John]
[Marian turns to see the commotion and sees Luke running over up to Much and Robin, intending to go to Dan but is held back by Much]
[Will is shocked as he watches his father fall to the ground and then looks in shock at the Sheriff]
[to the guard] Well done! Hysteria! Panic! In times of crisis, not very helpful. IT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!!!
[Will, livid with rage tries to get to the Sheriff, but Little John still holds on to him. As Will tries to claw away, Robin runs over to Will]
Will! Will! You can't go up there!
[Much arrives and grabs onto Will]
You heard the Sheriff. Set up those barricades!
There's too many of them Will!
[Will looks at her and calms down. Djaq shakes her head. Luke, grief stricken watches his father being dragged away. Will sees Luke and races to him and hugs him]
