[Mojo uses stolen jewels to amplify the Anubis Head's power across the world]

[The Girls burst into his lair]

[The Girls are zapped and turned into puppies]
Too late, Powerpuffs! Or should I say "Power-pups"? [they fall to the ground and bark angrily at him; laughs] You're no threat now. [kicks them] Yes! I do not find you threatening, Powerpuff pooches. Okay, good doggies. I've got lots of work to do controlling the world. Now stay! [laughs again]
[After Mojo is turned into a dog himself, the Girls beg the Professor to let them keep him]
Girls, it's a big responsibility keeping an evil villain in the house. You’ve got to feed him, water him, take him for walks, keep him from causing mayhem and chaos, and chewing the furniture.
The Powerpuff Girls grounded?! How can this be?! What kind of crimes will go unpunished?! What evil will befall Townsville?! And... just where the heck is she off to?
[After the girls are grounded, Ima sneaks out of the house the hotline rings]

Blossom, it's the Mayor.

Sorry, Mayor, but we're grounded.
