That's Gardevoir's Mega Stone. Mega stones have many different names depending on the Pokémon that Mega evolves. In Gardevoir's case, its Mega Stone is known as Gardevoirite.
I see! As long as you have both a Keystone and a Mega stone, a Pokémon can Mega-evolve!
That's actually not enough. A Pokémon can't Mega-evolve unless the hearts of both trainer and Pokémon become one.

I can't believe how pretty Meowstic's coat is.

It's beautiful. [Scans Meowstic with her Pokédex]

[Pancham and Fennekin nod. However, Chespin charges straight into Pancham, sending Pancham flying]
