[The camera zooms in on Ash's left eye and Ash starts fantasising as Infernape uses Flare Blitz, but Cynthia's Garchomp flies away from the attack and uses Draco Meteor. Then, the English opening theme, We Will Carry On!, plays as Infernape and Garchomp battle it out]

[to Pikachu] You're right - and, of course, that means I'll finally be a Pokémon Master.
[The camera cuts to Brock]

Hey, guys. There's something that I've wanted to tell you.
The thing is, after watching you and Dawn going for your dreams, I've decided I need to go for a dream of my own. That's why I'm planning to use all of my experience... to become a Pokémon Doctor.

[The episode opens with a scene featuring Zekrom, the Deep Black Pokémon, on the top half of the screen, and Reshiram, the Vast White Pokémon, on the bottom half. The scene mixes into the world of Pokémon from space]
The Pokémon world. [The camera zooms in on the planet] A world teeming with the most amazing creatures imaginable... [The camera pans across the sea, some countryside and a town nearby] ...Populating the land, the sea and the air. [Ash picks up his backpack, leaves the room and then comes back in]

[Ash scans the wild Cottonee with his Pokédex]
Ash's Pokédex: Cottonee - the cotton puff Pokémon. Cottonee shoots cotton to distract its opponent when attacked, and travels around wherever the blowing wind carries it.
[Scraggy gets up and glares at Cottonee]

It's rather unusual to see a Cottonee all by itself this time of year.

[A fantasy featuring some Cottonee begins]
You see, under normal circumstances, Cottonee will gather in large groups and then happily pair up.
[The fantasy ends as Iris approaches Ash and Cilan]
So it's like a big singles get together.
[The Cottonee fantasy resumes]
Uh, I guess you could say that. Then after they've found a partner, the happy couples ride the winds as they start new lives together.
[Back in the present, Iris eats a green apple]

[Ash, Iris and Cilan's Pokémon are on the roof of the runaway subway car when Pansage and Pikachu start attacking the Team Rocket chopper's hooks]

[Inside the cab of the first subway car, Team Rocket are watching what is happening]

[Meowth checks the monitor and sees a dot on the left catching up with the one on the right]
Huh? What's that? [Sees Ash, Iris, Cilan, Ingo and Emmet on the crew car which is being powered by Emmet's Eelektross] The twerps!
[outraged] Ugh! Oh, great. [The camera cuts to the chopper's hooks which are about to capture our heroes' Pokémon as Pikachu and Pansage try to destroy them] Dr Zager, twerps!
[off camera] Secure that car, quickly!

Quiet! This delicate operation requires finesse.
[On the roof of the second car, Snivy has begun attacking one of the chopper's hooks using Vine Whip. Then, she, Excadrill, Axew and Roggenrola see Ash and his friends with Ingo and Emmet aboard the crew car]
Hang on, guys, we're here!
[Dwebble, Pansage, Snivy, Roggenrola, Excadrill, Pikachu, Tepig and Axew are delighted to see their Trainers again, but the chopper's hooks are grabbing hold of the car. The camera then cuts to Cilan, Ash, Iris, Ingo and Emmet on the crew car]
We've got to do something fast!
[to Ingo and Emmet] I'm going to get on that train.

But, Ash, that's too dangerous.

They've tried so hard, I've got to try and do something!

[Both Snivy and Emolga's Attract cancel each other out as they are both females!]

[One day, some Pidove are flying in the sky as the camera pans down on a Pokémon Centre]
En route to Ash's next gym battle challenge in Driftveil City, our heroes have stopped at a Pokémon Centre for a bit of rest.

[Pikachu lunges at the two Deinos but the Deinos run away. Then, one of them bounces on him]
Use String Shot, Swadloon, and catch those Deino quick!

Swadloon! [Uses String Shot, but it misses the two Deinos, one of which uses Headbutt on Ash]
You just calm down! [Tries to catch the other Deino but fails]
[Meanwhile, the other Deino that Cilan tried to stop jumps on Stunfisk, making it blubber. Then, the two Deino hide in a bush and giggle]
Interesting! You want me to catch you, right? Okay.
[Ash and Pikachu get in Iris' way]
I want to catch one, too. Don't be selfish.

[Clay summons Krokorok into the battle]
