“Rocking the Virbank Gym! Part 2” quotes from Pokémon

Only one Pokémon left, Roxie. Three against one.

I wouldn't be so cocky, if I were you. Look. [Pignite is still poisoned and is taking damage.] You're Pignite is not exactly having a party.

Here, a present. [tosses a Pecha Berry for Pignite to eat.] Everything's cool. It's a Pecha Berry.

Iris

Why would Roxie give Pignite a Pecha Berry when she knows it cures poisoned Pokémon?

Ew-ew. [No clue.]

Pignite. [Much better.]

It wouldn't be any fun battling against a poisoned opponent when my third Pokémon energy level is at 120%. This is rock and roll and you gotta pay hard to play hard! [Remember, Roxie is also a punk rock star and has to put on a good show especially during Gym Battles, hence why she gave Pignite a Pecha Berry. Wonder if she does this stunt with other challengers?]

Iris

It won't drown us out! Axew, cheer us loud as you can.

Ew-Axew! [Right, Iris!]

Iris

Cilan, you're gonna help too! [drags Cilan off to one side]

Ahhh! Iris! [Iris paints his face quickly] I love trying new things, but this is ridiculous!

Iris

Ash has his back against the wall! Quit your yapping and cheer him on!

Oh... [Come on, Cilan, you got to root for Ash like in the other gyms!]

Iris

Don't give up! You can't give up! Let's go! You're just getting started!

Axew-ew! [Get moving, Ash!]

She's right! It's time for you to stir the stockpot! Win this with some of Ash spirit! [Both Iris and Cilan hit the drums as loud as they could]

Cilan, Iris, Axew. Okay, we're gonna battle til the very end!

Pikachu

Pika! [Let's go!]

That's your choice. Use Venoshock!

It's paralyzed?!

Yo, what's going on?!

What's going on is Static!

Iris

Static? Wow!

Pikachu's Special Ability is Static. Garbodor became paralyzed when it hit Pikachu with Double Slap.

Arrggh! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! Get a grip, Garbodor! [Like that's going to help Garbodor out of his paralysis, Roxie.]
