SaiWhy save someone who doesn't respect you? Why stand up to the likes of Orochimaru? Why risk your life for someone who doesn't want to be saved? Why would you when no one else is even ordering you to do so?
It's funny. There was a time when I really hated Sasuke's guts. Neither of us had families and that didn't bring us any closer. I was always at the bottom of the class and Sasuke was on top. But when I look back I gotta admit it was always fun being around the guy. I mean after all, after all he's the person who accepted me more than anyone else. Sasuke is my best friend. It took a while but now we have a special bond.
Sai
A bond? You may have a bond, but you'll still have to battle Orochimaru.
Don't you get it? It doesn't matter how strong my opponent is. If he tears off my arms, I'll just kick him dead. If he tears off my legs, I'll bite him dead. If he tears off my head, I'll stare him dead. If he gouges out my eyes, then I'll curse him dead! Even if I get chopped into pieces, I'm gonna beat Orochimaru and take my friend Sasuke back once and for all!
Anyway I'm Ino Yamanaka. My family owns the Yamanaka flower shop. Nice to meet you.
Sai
[thinking] When it comes to women, stating their personality traits too bluntly might anger them. So perhaps I can avoid that if I say the opposite of what I think.
Don't say it Sai. [Inner Sakura] Come on say it! Let her have it good just like you did to me!
Sai
A pleasure, you uh, you uh... Beautiful.
You call her beautiful?! Why you! [attacks him]
Sai
Sakura didn't come out here to confess her love. She came to tell you something that she and her Leaf classmates decided.
Yeah she was acting really weird. So she was hiding something after all?
Sai
I've come to understand her feelings and why she couldn't tell you.
All right tell us Sai, what did they decide?
Sai
They'll dispose of Sasuke themselves. Your comrades are are all committed and are ready to move.
Even Sakura too? Tell me, did she actually agree to something like that? Sakura's completely in love with Sasuke! There's no way! She couldn't have!
Sai
After the Akatsuki's assault on our village, Shinobi of the Leaf can't support Sasuke, not when he's an Akatsuki too. Sakura isn't a fool. Or a child who doesn't understand the circumstances or the situation. That's why she came all the way here to try to tell you that in person.
[All of Naruto's friends are running to aid him]
Naruto. I've run after you my whole life. And even now here I am, still running after you. But when this war is over, I am going to run anymore. I'll stand with you. I'll hold your hand. And I'll walk with you by your side. So please Naruto, wait for me!
Naruto, it seems like ages ago I set my eye on you as my rival. You just hang tight against Madara til I get there!
I'll support you fully with my Ninjutsu, Naruto. And the reason is not necessary!
Naruto is doing well out there. Yeah he's reckless but despite the way he acts, sometimes he's actually pretty sharp and he can also be surprisingly resourceful.
People think that Naruto's dumb and I'm fat, but it turns out that really isn't the case at all. I guess appearances truly can be deceiving. You just wait, skinny Choji is coming to help out smart Naruto!
Although he isn't really a calm and collected strategist, but I am. And I'm coming to help you Naruto. Just hold on!
Dad, thank you! You relayed Naruto's mighty heart to everyone in the Allied Forces. And now we must bring true your prediction.
I hope that Guy-Sensei is all right and that he's protecting Naruto. Kakashi-Sensei is with him so they must be okay, but...
Sai
If it just wasn't raining, we could ride my Super Beast Scrolls drawings.
Stop complaining Sai, and pick up your speed. This is the time for each one of us to follow Guy-Sensei and Naruto's examples and exceed ourselves!
Sai
Yes, this is camaraderie. I have a really good grasp of it now thanks to you, Naruto.
Naruto, you saved the Hidden Leaf Village, and now you're trying to save the entire Shinobi World. We've always let you put the burden on your shoulders and trusted you to do the impossible, but this time no matter what you say, you'll have help. Not just from me, everyone will stand with you and fight together!
