[After Terra revealing a new power that she can make rock like creatures]

[through the earpiece] You didn't. I did. Your new suit is more than a fashion statement, my dear. It is a sophisticated neural interface that gives me direct access to your nervous system. Your power is my power. My strength is your strength. We are connected, Terra; united as master and apprentice! We fight as one!
[Titan Tower; the Titans discuss the aftermath of their battle against Terra]
I should've blasted her when I had the chance.
I should've hit her with everything I've got.
Why did I permit her to fool me again?
Why couldn't we take her down just like any other criminal?
Because… she's not just another criminal. She's Terra. She was a Titan. She was… our friend.
Terra was never our friend. She was a liar and a spy, trained by Slade and sent to destroy us. She's evil. Always has been, always will be.

This isn't a joke! I knew her better than anyone. I know all the terrible things she's done and I know exactly how messed up she is. But she's not evil! We can't just give up on her.
Beast Boy, she's working for Slade.

[The alarm goes off] Trouble!

[After Terra escaped the Titans and made it back to Slade's base]
Slade! I made it! I'm alive. I can't believe they almost beat me.
[Slade strikes her]

Where's Terra?
What's the matter? A robot army and a giant Franken-thingie not enough for you?
I don't care about them. I want Terra.
You failed me, apprentice. I ordered you to eliminate the Titans. You did not. I commanded you to fight, and you ran.

Can't I? [strikes her again.] Who else would have you, my dear? You've done horrible things. Unforgivable things. Where else could you possibly go?
Anywhere but here! I'm sick of fighting, and I'm sick of YOU!
[She struggles to take her armor off.]

[gasps] No!
You chose this life, apprentice. It's too late to change your mind now. Far too late.

[Slade pushes a button that makes Terra fall on her knees]

[Beast Boy reaches Slade's hideout and finds Terra]
Terra?
Destroy me! Quick!
What?
C'mon! Isn't that what you came for?
[Terra groans as Slade controls her again]
My apologies, as usual, my apprentice can't seem to control herself. That's why from now on, I'll be controlling her every move.
[Terra's groaning becomes louder, as electrical currents surround her]
What have you done to her?!
Nothing she didn't want me to. Terra came to me seeking control, and that's precisely what I've given her. My control, her body. I think you'll find I make far better use of her powers.
[He forces her to attack Beast Boy]
That's my good little girl.
You have to stop me, Beast Boy! Please! I don't want to fight anymore!
Then don't let Slade control you anymore!
I have no choice.
That's a lie! You've always had a choice! It's all been your choice! You chose to work for Slade, chose to betray us, and now you've chosen to give him control! Slade isn't doing this, Terra! You are!
No!
[She traps Beast Boy underneath boulders]
Very good, my dear. Now shall we finish him off?
Terra! No!
He's too powerful! I can't stop him!
Yes, you can! It's your power, not his! You can still control it! You can still do the right thing!
It's too late.
STOP!
[Titans enter the lair]
Strike, apprentice! Now!
Terra! No!
It'll be the last thing you ever do!
I gave you an order! DO IT!

Listen to us, Terra.
We're not playing around here.
Fight it.
You're still our friend.
You don't have to do this.

[Terra uses her power to move the rock where Beast Boy is over to the entrance and he and the other Titans leave. Yellow light forms around Terra and the volcano gets worse and she unleashes her power]
Her name was Terra. She was gifted with tremendous power, and cursed with it as well. She was a dangerous enemy… and a good friend. And she was one of the bravest people that I have ever known.
