Lucky for you, Jaden, because if Regenerating Rose attacks a monster in defense mode, it doesn't gain any attack points. Your spell may have saved you for now, but remember, because you activated your De-Fusion spell's ability, the Spell Chronicle gains another unit of power. So allow me to thank you, Jaden, for helping my Spell Chronicle tell its story. Because of you, the first chapter has been written.
You see, the Spell Chronicle scroll tells the story of a duel. For every two spell cards activated, another chapter unfolds. For every chapter, you get to choose one that I removed from play and have the selected card back to my hand. And Jaden, you now have the chance to put the card I took from you in our last duel into play.
So, how do you like my new look? I bet you're wondering how it happened. Well, allow me to explain it. Since Yubel was destroyed by Hate Buster's effect, she was able to evolve into the beast you see now. And with her, the stage is set… for me to extract my final revenge. So say hello to Terror Incarnate!
[After Syrus wishes on a shooting star for Jaden to come back. Star comes crashing down in the forest, and Syrus runs after it. Smoke clears revealing Jaden standing, facing away from Syrus.]
Now I understand, the bitterness of separating from everyone I myself as a teacher have learned many things from them. As a teacher, I must keep taking a new step.
