The Peace Prize is awarded in a separate ceremony in Oslo, Norway. Well, yesterday, the Peace was shattered when Vic the Slick stole into Stockholm and pilfered the Prizes. Theses medals of merit are hanging around his knavish neck as if they were just junk jewelry. Gumshoes, you must nick Vic the Slick, bring the Nobels back to Stockholm, and then manacle that maniacal mastermind Carmen Sandiego.
