[Narrating] So the creatures of the High Country came to fear and respect even more the awesome and unpredictable power of nature, while discovering an underground world they never knew existed. And Thowra took heart from Yarraman's wise words as he moved one step closer to his ultimate destiny.

[Narrating] Following Thowra's adventure in the secret caverns deep beneath the High Country, life returned pretty much to normal. Arrow was grateful not having to spend his remaining days trapped in darkness with nothing but frogs and moss to eat and he would be even more grateful for a great honor that was about to be bestowed upon him.
[Narrating] It would seem with the help of Wombat and the Brolga, that the Prince of the West will have to find a partner elsewhere. Most animals of the High Country meanwhile eagerly await Thowra's return. But Arrow having enjoyed a taste of power is not as eager as the others.
[Narrating] Boon Boon having to save the herds from capture did not put Arrow's leadership in a favourable light. Especially considering his aspirations to become King of the Cascade brumbies.
[Narrating] It would seen that the Brolga's humiliation is the last straw. If only checked out Currawong's monster story he would not have lost face. But it had to happen sooner or later. The time for the final battle to decide who is King of the Cascade brumbies has come.
[Narrating] There was a slight feeling of change in the air. The creatures of the high country knew it was there. As when the first hint of a spring breeze breaks winter's icy grip. It was felt by all that the final clash between Thowra and the Brolga could not be far off the title of King of the Cascade brumbies the prize.
[Narrating] And so the High Country had a new monarch of all the wild brumbies. A leader who promised to rule with justice and wisdom and did so without Currawong's help. And from Thowra and Boon Boon came forth a whole generation of wise and noble brumbies. Brumbies born to be leaders from that time on.

Sorry, Thowra.
He's Thowra I'm Benni.
Time for you to go home, Baby Wombat. Your father's looking for you. He's very worried.
Baby Wombat, look out!
He can't hear you about the din.
Saved!
Hooray!
There you go, young fella back to your family.
Oh, thank heavens you're saved.
Hey! Cut it out! What's all the fuss about anyway?
Phew. That was a near thing.
Yeah, saved in the nick of time. But how many weren't saved and how many animals have lost their homes.
Yeah. I guess we hadn't given it much thought.
Built your road if you must but remember the bush is their home and you are the visitors.
[Narrating] So Thowra earned the love of even more bush creatures and his fame and legend spread far from the High Country. But Thowra was not yet king.
Don't worry, boss. You get him next time.
[Narrating] Thowra had some more growing up to do and much more to learn and many adventures to be had before that great day arrived.
[Narrating] Safety cannot be taken for granted in the High Country as Boon Boon and Yooralla found out. When he heard of Boon Boon's capture Thowra wasted no time in trying to find her. His search led him down to the plains and after finding Boon Boon and scaring the living daylights out of young Charlie who was convinced he had just seen the ghost horse's grandfather the Old Prospector had spoken of.
The Silver Brumby!
[Narrating] Thowra wisely retreated to a nearby stand of trees to await the coming of night before he decided on a rescue plan.
Boon Boon, are you all right?
Yes I'm all right.
[Narrating] It's strange how even things you are used to can scare you. When you're in the mood to be scared. And after what Boon Boon had gone through when captured by Charlie's father she was still very wey.
It's okay, Boon Boon. It's okay. Nothing to worry about.
[Narrating] If you don't confront your fears or find a way of beating them they can stay with you for a long time. Thowra knew this which was why he was so worried about Boon Boon and why he was searching for a safe haven like anywhere the High Country was full of things that could frighten you if you let them.
Well done, Thowra.
Thanks, Granddad.
Oh don't thank me, Charlie. Thanked for that Silver Brumby.
