The Silver Brumby quotes

Thowra

I'm watching you, Brolga. When I'm learning, one day I'll be ready for you.

Thowra

Arrow! [neighs] Where are the colts you'll let them freedom!

Oh no.

Brolga

Thowra.

Arrow

The Brolga! Oh no!

Arrow

He's not my leader!

The men captured Arrow and Storm.

[Narrating] Thowra was right about Arrow. As time passed he would grow more and more jealous. A fight was not far off. But Storm wasn't right about any of them getting too close to humans again. It happened again sooner than they thought. But the humans were not quite in the same shape and form. Was the men they has just eluded.

Help!

I'll catch you yet you silver mane devil!

Damm trappers!

Stone of crows! I must be dead I've seen ghosts!

[sighs] Not a sign, not a sign.

Sorry, Thowra.

He's Thowra I'm Benni.

Thowra

Time for you to go home, Baby Wombat. Your father's looking for you. He's very worried.

OK, OK we'll get dozer down there and clear it. Take her away, Frank!

Thowra

Baby Wombat, look out!

He can't hear you about the din.

Oh no! A baby wombat! Stop! STOP!

Saved!

Hooray!

There you go, young fella back to your family.

Oh, thank heavens you're saved.

Hey! Cut it out! What's all the fuss about anyway?

Phew. That was a near thing.

Yeah, saved in the nick of time. But how many weren't saved and how many animals have lost their homes.

Yeah. I guess we hadn't given it much thought.

Built your road if you must but remember the bush is their home and you are the visitors.
