Brett quotes from Teen Wolf

Liam

I just wanted to say... have a good game.

Brett

[bursts out laughing with his friends] That's cute, Liam. Is that what they told you to say in anger management? Apologize, and everything's fine? You demolished Coach's car.

Liam

[grits teeth] I paid for it.

Brett

Yeah, you're going to pay for it. We're gonna break you in half out there, and it's gonna be all your fault.

Braeden

Scott, you heard anything from Stiles or Lydia yet?

Scott

Lydia's still talking to Meredith. Stiles and Malia are headed to the lake house. They're trying to stop it.

Brett

What if there is no stopping it? What if it doesn't end until we're all dead?

Derek

Then let's send a message. Let's make something perfectly clear to anyone with a copy of that list. It doesn't matter if they're professional assassins, hunters, or an amateur with a gun: anyone who thinks they can hunt and kill us for money is gonna be put on another list-- our list. They get to be a name on our deadpool.

Brett

You okay?

Liam

[bummed] We lost.

Brett

But you're okay, right?

Liam

[confused] Why'd you do that? Why'd you help me?

Brett

Because of Scott. He saved me. He saved all of us. Do you know how lucky you are?

Liam

What do you mean?

Brett

Scott's a True Alpha. That means he didn't get his power because he was born with it. He didn't get it by stealing or killing someone. He earned it. You're not strong because you can lift a lot of weight now. You're strong because you endure. Satomi calls it "strength of character." You're lucky to have him. [He leaves]

Liam

[quietly] Then why isn't he here?

Mason

Liam, I thought you said this was a sinkhole.

Liam

It's a hole. What's the difference?

Mason

I mean, look at all these handprints, and look at all this dirt.

Brett

She didn't fall in here...

Liam

...She was buried.

Mason

[nods] Intense.

Brett

I don't know, dude. Everyone at Devenford's pretty abnormal to me.

Mason

All right. What else is there to look for? There's heightened strength, smell, hearing, speed...

Brett

Uh, able to see in the dark...

Mason

Glowing eyes...

Brett

Eyes that reflect the light...

Mason

Visible scorpion stingers protruding out of limbs?

Brett

[chuckles] Yeah, or three-foot lizard tails.

Liam

We need more time. You've gotta stop scoring.

Brett

[frustrated] You don't think I'm trying? You guys suck. You suck so bad it's impossible to lose against you.

Liam

So what are we supposed to do?

Brett

Try not sucking!
