Gumshoes, Carmen Sandiego's pack of pernicious pirates have struck again. This time, they pinched the Peruvian city of Machu Picchu. Hidden high in the Andes Mountains, the Machu Picchu ruins is one of the world's greatest archaeological treasures. Built by the Incas in the 1400s, it is often called The Lost City because it was abandoned and not rediscovered until this century. Why was it abandoned? No one knows. But now, The Lost City of the Incas is really lost. Eartha Brute, driving her customized Brute Haul Truck, four-wheeled up the Andes, packed up the Peruvian city, and drove it away. Your mission, gumshoes: unearth Eartha, return the missing Machu Picchu, and then capture Carmen Sandiego.
