Colonel Kira Nerys and Lieutenant Shaxs in “Unfinished Business”

Colonel Kira Nerys

I know this scarred old barrow-bug! How are you, Shaxs? [she and Shaxs clasp hands]

Lieutenant Shaxs

Any day not living under Cardassian rule is a good one.

Colonel Kira Nerys

We were in the resistance together. He saved my life during a raid on the Haru outposts. I still owe you for that one.

Lieutenant Shaxs

No you don't. She saved my life when we were ambushed at Vannakur.

Colonel Kira Nerys

Yeah, because I owed you for pulling me out of that plasma storm in the Badlands!

Lieutenant Shaxs

We wouldn't have even made it to the Badlands if you hadn't sprung me from that prison transport!

Colonel Kira Nerys

You sprung me from one the week before!

Lieutenant Shaxs

That one didn't count! We were both locked up! Come on!
