Jamie Scott quotes from One Tree Hill

Jamie

I’m sad I never got to meet Uncle Keith

Lucas

I’m sad about that too.

Jamie

I’m sad about what Grandpa Dan did. Am I still allowed to miss Grandpa Dan?

Lucas

Yeah, Jamie, you are.

Jamie

I like it here (in the autoshop)…You bring something broken and you fix it up.

Lucas

Yeah, I always liked it here too.

Jamie

Hey it’s mama as a cheerleader.

Lucas

Yeah and that’s Aunt Brooke and Aunt Peyton. Who’s in that one?

Jamie

Lets see it’s Uncle Keith, Aunt Karen, and who’s that?

Lucas

That’s me.

Jamie

You were a funny looking kid.

Lucas

Hey.

Jamie

You’re kind of my Uncle Keith, aren’t you?

Lucas

I like to think that I’m just like him.

Nathan

Jamie sports is up next.

Jamie

What’s the big deal? I got wifi on my phone.

Haley

Get over here and watch with us.

Mouth

(On TV) Last night in the NBA the Charlotte Bobcats quietly made a move that most sports fans wouldn’t have noticed, adding a point guard to their roster for the rest of the season. But we’re leading with that story because this point guard is a local legend who overcame adversity and difficult circumstances in pursuit of a dream. Last night the Charlotte Bobcats called up a former Tree Hill Raven, a great guy and a good friend Nathan Scott. Jamie Scott hug your dad for all of us because he just made it to the NBA and we couldn’t be more proud!

Jamie

I knew you could do it!

Jamie

Did you ever forgive him?

Nathan

I wish I could say yes, son. But I'm not sure I ever did.

Jamie

Well, I think you should.

Nathan

Well, you're a good man, Jamie Scott. Good night, son.

Jamie

Hey, Dad? I think you're good enough to forgive him. You're Nathan Scott.

Skills

Mouth knows I’m afraid of creatures. That’s why I know he did this. You think you can catch it?

Jamie

We can catch it.

Skills

No, you can catch it.

Jamie

Nice to meet you, Grandma Rachell.

Rachel

I remember when you were a rumor in 3rd period.

Haley

Do you understand me, son?

Jamie

Forgiveness is love, you know?

Nathan

What did I do?

Haley

He's quoting your father now. It's unbelievable.

Clay

You know, $7 million is a good deal to play overseas. Or you could take $15 million from the Kings. Now, the deal does come with a few conditions. Three, actually. One, you have to leave ISC and sign with me. You'll be my second client. Two, your deal comes with a no-trade clause. Gonna need you to waive that... Because if you sign with the Kings...

Quinn

They've agreed to trade you and Joe Turner tonight! I'm sorry. I love that part.

Clay

They've agreed to trade you and Joe Turner... to the Charlotte Bobcats.

Nathan

What? Oh, my God!

Haley

Oh, my... Thank you!

Jamie

You're gonna be a Bobcat! Oh, I threw my jersey away.

Nathan

Clay, how did this happen?

Clay

With a lot of help from Quinn... Which brings me to my last condition. I want to be your agent, Nate, but if you're gonna sign with me, you need to know that I plan on falling completely and insanely in love with Quinn.

Clay

How’s it going J.Scott?

Jamie

Too many girls at our house, not enough cereal.

Jamie

Is this how you got mom?

Nathan

It took a lot more than a close shave to get your mom to fall for me.

Jamie

Really? Why?

Nathan

When I met your mom I wasn’t the exactly nicest guy in the world. It's true. I was a bit selfish and I fought a lot.

Jamie

But you're not like that now.

Nathan

Being with your mom made me better person. And you know what, now that I think of it. Your mom and your Uncle Lucas did .

Jamie

It must’ve been fun having a brother growing up…it’s like having your best friend over all the time!

Nathan

Yeah. But remember Uncle Lucas and I weren’t really close when we were your age. And the important part is we became more like real brothers once we got a little bit older, but you're right, having a brother is like having a best friend. It helped make the man I am today.

Nathan

Can I ask you a favor? Even though she doesn’t show it all the time, deep down inside your mom is still very sad that your grandma died.

Jamie

Yeah.

Nathan

So when I'm away, I need you to just watch other for her and make sure she’s not too sad…I need you to be the man of the house when I'm gone. Can you do that for me?

Jamie

Yeah.

Brooke

You excited about tomorrow night?

Julian

Yeah, my dad says three things have to happen at this festival: the audience has to love it, we have to sell it and I have to decide what’s next.

Brooke

Well not to sound naive, but maybe you should just enjoy it.

Jamie

Yeah I just enjoy it. It’s a good life.

Jamie

Sure is a long way up mama.

Haley

No it's just a hill. Come on, we'll climb it together.

Jamie

I’m totally going to have a brother like you and Lucas.

Nathan

Or sister.

Jamie

Or that.

Julian

So what are Mia and Chase doing here?

Jamie

Trying to kidnap me
