Mick and Amaya in “Unfinished Business”

Mick

What's up?

Amaya

Nothing.

Mick

I said "what's up".

Amaya

Fine, you're an unbiased listener. I want to change my granddaughter Kuasa's past, and well, improve her future.

Mick

So do it.

Amaya

It's not that simple. What if I inadvertently change my other granddaughter's destiny?

Mick

So don't do it.

Amaya

And then there's Nate. I still have to go back to 1942 and marry someone else so that Kuasa and Mari are even born. We can never end up together. I feel paralyzed. Every step I take, it feels like it could just have disastrous consequences.

Mick

Take a look around. You think these people give a damn about consequences? Take the night off. A true pirate doesn't live for tomorrow, they only live for the moment.
