[Thursday morning; With Principal Tonino away, Vice Principal Chakal sends Manny and Frida to his office, where their displeased and annoyed parents are waiting there for them]
Your behavior is unacceptable! This constant tardiness must CEASE! [bangs his fist on the table and his mustache piece falls off, reattaches it with a glue stick, and then it droops with snickering being heard in the background]
It must be the boy's fault! [points to Manny]
Clearly, it is Frida's fault. She is a trouble making, goggle-wearer! [points to Frida]
[As the two parents start arguing over who's to blame, Manny and Frida get up from their seats and start to walk away]
Well, it looks like you guys…
SIT DOWN!
[Manny and Frida quickly sit back in their seats]
[settling everyone down] Please, please. This is not about blame. It's about… [bangs his fist on his desk with a flaming background] REVENGE! [The Rivera and Suárez families all look at him, confused; clears throat] Rules. It's about rules. If they are late again, even once, they will be… EXPELLED FROM SCHOOL!!!
