Gumshoes, Carmen Sandiego's tribe of truculent tricksters has struck again. This time, they've burgled a bastion in Quebec City, Canada. High above the St. Lawrence River, on the summit of Cape Diamond sits a somewhat star-shaped potrait called The Citadel. Built by the British in the early 1800s, the Citadel has thick stone walls and a magnificent defensive position above a sheer cliff. Today, it serves as the headquarters of Canada's Royal 22nd Regiment and its cannons are still fired twice daily. (explosion) There's one. (waits for second explosion but nothing happens) Oh, oh, well. It's got... but now it's famous for.. (explosion) But now this famous fortress defends no more. Robocrook, Carmen's wrecking crew CPU, trekked into Quebec City, stormed the Citadel, and carried it away. Your mission, gumshoes: ruffle up Robocrook, reset the Citadel back in Quebec City, and then bring Carmen Sandiego to justice.
