Chief in “Unfinished Business”

Gumshoes, Carmen Sandiego's pack of predacious pirates has pounce again. This time, it happened in the heart of America's entertainment industry, Hollywood, California. Fame in Hollywood can be fleeting, but there's one place where stars' names really are immortal: the stretch of Hollywood Boulevard and Vine Street called the Walk of Fame. The names of nearly 2,000 entertainers are displayed in two and a half miles of bronze and terrazzo stars embedded in the sidewalk. The Walk honors performers from movies, TV, radio, and theater. There are current stars, stars of the past, and even the occasional animal. There's enough room left to put a new star in the pavement every month for the next 50 years. Or there was until Wonder Rat, Carmen's raunchy rodent, got busy with a toilet plunger and sucked up every last star on the sidewalk. He plans to engrave them all with his own name and logo. Your mission, gumshoes: snare Wonder Rat, return the stars to Hollywood, and then bring Carmen Sandiego to justice.
