[Amber gets out her fan and walks off]

[James juggles his balls again.]
Sofia
James, what are you doing? Dad said no playing ball in the castle.
I just wanna show you one more trick.

[James threw one of his balls up, and it hits a lamp on the ceiling. It falls, then bounces off a knight's weapon, and it flies through Amber's part of the window, making a hole in it. Her face on the window is now not there.]

The window!
Uh---- I didn't mean to break it.
[Amber is now very nervous.]
Oh, Dad is not going to like this!
Sofia
We have to go tell him.
[Amber, and Sofia walk past James, about to tell King Roland about the hole in the window, but James, worried, stops them.]
W-w-w-wait! You can't tell Dad. If he finds out I broke a castle rule, he'll never let me go to the circus.
[Sofia understand what James means by that.]
Sofia
Oh.
It doesn't matter whether we tell him, he's going to see the window when he comes back.
[James looks at the knight next to the window, then the window itself. He has an idea.]
Uh... Not if we hide it. We can move that suit of armor in front of the window. Mom, and Dad will never see it.
[Sofia is uncertain about James's idea.]

Please? I don't wanna miss the juggling jesters, and the circus only comes once a year! Pretty, pretty please?
Sofia
Maybe we should help him, he really wants to go.
[But Amber is not convinced.]
But he broke my part of the window.

[When James, and Sofia finally moved the knight in front of the hole in the window while Amber makes a distraction for King Roland, and Queen Miranda, they look up to see how it turned out.]

Wow. You can't even see that it's broken.

[James leans on the knight's weapon, unintentionally causing it to fall over, and poke on the window, making a big crack on it. Sofia, and James are shocked by it.]

Huh!
Uh, oh... That wasn't part of the plan.
Sofia
Now, we tell Dad.
And miss the circus? There must be something else we can try. Oh! We can cover the window with a curtain!
Sofia
But Dad will open it when he shows Mom the window.
Hmmm... Huh! Maybe we can get the royal glass maker to make a new one.
Sofia
I think that takes a long time.
[After some thinking, Sofia finally gets an idea.]

Huh! Maybe Mr. Ceedric can fix the window with magic.
Great idea. Let's go ask him.
[Outside Royal Prep, Sofia is walking in the field, not noticing that Amber is following her. Amber is holding a cup of juice, and she spills some on to Sofia's dress, and amulet on purpose.]
Sofia
Ahh!
Sorry, I tripped. Uh, I'm so clumsy, and I've completely soaked your amulet. Here, let me take it to the wash room to clean it up.
[Amber tries to grab Sofia's amulet, but Sofia backs away. Now, Sofia starts to get suspicious at Amber.]
Sofia
Okay, Amber, what's going on?
Sofia
You never trip, and you never spill anything. Are you trying to take my amulet?
[Amber laughs at what Sofia said to her, and of course, Amber would never do that in her life.]
Ah-ha-ha! Oh, no! Why would I do that? Ahhh!
[The wings on Amber flutter, making her fly.]
Sofia
Amber! You're flying?
[Sofia tries to pull Amber down to the ground.]

How could your costume make you fly?
Because it's not a costume, it's real!

[Sofia got surprised by what Amber told her, she lets her go, but quickly grabs her, and pulls her down to the ground.]

What do you mean it's real?
I didn't make my costume, I used one of Cedric's magic spells. But something went wrong, and now, the wings won't come off, it's like... I'm part butterfly!
My bear's starving. When do we eat?
[Amber sits down close to James and the pink stuffed bear, but she wouldn't let them eat yet.]
Ah, ah, ah! First things first.
[Adults come, and they prepare the tea for everyone.]
Oh. Now, wait until you taste the cookies. They are simply... plaid???
[Amber looks at the cookies one of the adults brought for her pink tea party. The cookies are plaid, and not pink, like how Amber wanted. She gets very upset over this.]
Oh! Ugh! I said pink, not plaid!
[Amber is hyperventilating. Sofia tries to calm her down.]
Sofia
It's okay, Amber. Just breathe.
They'll still taste just as good.
[James tries to reach for a plaid cookie, but Amber stops him from doing so.]

This is who you pick over Clover?
[Crackle, feeling very mad, confronts Sofia.]
Sofia
Oh, hi, Crackle.
CCrackle
Don't hi, Crackle me. You really hurt Clover's feelings, and if you hurt Clover's feelings, you've hurt mine!
Sofia
I didn't hurt his feelings. He said he didn't wanna go.
CCrackle
He was just being nice, because you told him you wanted to bring Fluffy over there.
[Crackle calls Ginger Fluffy.]

[She continues whistling.]

I need your help. I'm supposed to sing tomorrow, but... [croaks] I've been croaking like a... [croaks] like a frog since this morning. What's wrong with me?

So, I am cursed? How? By who?
Well, by your precious amulet no doubt. [Points at Sofia's amulet]
Sofia
My amulet? I thought it only gave me magical powers.
Oh... [clears throat] how soon you forget. The amulet of Avalor. [Reads his spellbook] "With each deed performed, for better or worse, a power is granted, a blessing... or curse." You, my dear, must have done a very bad deed.
Sofia
But I haven't done anything bad.
Well, then your amulet wouldn't have cursed you now, would it?
Sofia
I guess you're right. But what did I do?
[frustrated] Well, how would I know that? [Stops and sees Sofia's amulet glowing] I mean, it doesn't matter what you did. If you just let me take a look at your amulet, perhaps I could find a way to undo its curse.
Sofia
I can't take it off. I promised Dad I wouldn't.
Oh, you've already done one bad deed today, what's one more?
Sofia
Isn't there anything else you can do? I was hoping you had an undo-a-croaking-curse spell in one of your books. [Gestures to Cedric's books, and he goes over to his spellbook]
Oh, well... I can certainly take a look. [He rapidly turns the page and closes his book] Nope, sorry, no such spell. I'm afraid I will need your amulet. It's the only way.
Sofia
I'm sorry. I... [croaks] I can't.
Sofia
The amulet cursed me! [Croaks] Because I did something bad!
CClover
You do something bad? Hop out of town! I don't believe it.
Sofia
I must have or I wouldn't be... [croaks, sighs] croaking.
