Well, from the lack of sweat I don't think he'd been wearing it long. But it is heavily damaged. I don't know. Could just be a piece of teenage paraphernalia. I used to wear this sort of thing all the time.
You used to wear 25 bangles and rainbow legwarmers....shall we check him for those as well?
