Kaz Harada quotes from Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi

Kaz

If they can’t see me, it’s not stealing.

Kaz

Girls, enough chatting! Talking don’t pay the rent, ne? That’s my new catchphrase. Talking don’t pay the rent, ne? What do you think?

Yumi

What a bunch of cowboy lame-os. They do not deserve to be in the same room as our righteous rockstar moves.

Ami

At least their horses seemed into it.

Yumi

Newsflash, Ami. These yokels are deadbeats. Kaz wouldn't know a good gig if it crawled up his pant leg and died.

Ha hah! You're funny.

Kaz

Girls, say hello to Harmony. Winner of the Puffy AmiYumi Ultimate Fan Contest!

I'm your number one fan!

Kaz

How do these Americans do it? I feel like a blimp.

Yumi

I feel like a loser.

Ami

Looks like Kaz accidentally locked us out again.

Yumi

Well, I guess we'll just have to accidentally wake him up. Hey, Kaz! Open up!

Kaz

Ah. Sorry, girls. I can't let you in. Uh, by the way, how did the show go?

Ami

Whoa. Back up. What do you mean you can't let us in? We live here.

Kaz

Used to live here. Rent was due on the first and you girls never paid up. So I had no choice but to evict you.

Yumi

Have you been eating paste? It's us, Ami and Yumi! Since when do we pay rent?

Kaz

Since I came up with the brilliant idea yesterday. Heh. That reminds me. Gimme a call if you know anyone looking for a place. Sayonara!

Yumi

Kaz, you better let us in!

Kaz

Girls, I have two big surprises for you.

Ami

You bought me a pink pony?

Yumi

You finally decided to transplant your back hair on top of your head?

Kaz

[happy] No. [angry] And no.

Kaz

Do you think this will take much time?

Ami

I don't know, but I like the rhyme!

Yumi

Woo, I am so afraid.

Ami

I'm shaking in my go-go boots.

Kaz

Not yet. But you will be.

Ami

So how about that? Now we know who killed disco... us!

Kaz

I decided to keep the shoes. I think they make me look tall. Uh, I mean more distinguished.

Yumi

And if disco ever comes back, we can count on Kaz to kill it all over again.
