Elder Cleric Quintus, Maximus and others in “Unfinished Business”

I found you in the ruins of Shady Sands. Kill me, and the world will continue just as you see it. A world of anarchy, of horror. A world I would bring order to. Order! Cruel and necessary to rebuild civilization. To change this world! Kill me and that change will never come. Tell me, Maximus, what world will you build will you lead? Tell me, what will you do when your people are starving?

I don't want that.

Then what is your great plan?

There was no plan! I don't have a plan! You have plans! But out there, you can't! I don't choose the things I have to do! They just keep happening!
