Will Tippin quotes from Alias

Vaughn

Look, I know this will drive you insane, but we can't employ you because you have a criminal record.

Will

I have a criminal record because of a drug habit I never had.

Vaughn

I got your psych report back. You did well.

Will

I'm not a sociopath?

Vaughn

Well, I didn't say that. [laughs]

Sydney

We received a file, a DNA string, of the person who was doubled.

Will

And?

Sydney

Your DNA didn't match and there was no Provacillium in your blood. You've been cleared.

Checking in?

Will

[in a British accent, dressed as a rock star] Of course. I'm here, she's here. We made it.

And you are ... ?

Sydney

We're the next big thing.

Sydney

It was a little over the top.

Will

Over the top? I'm wearing seat covering, there is no "over the top."

Will

You have to admit, my accent was pretty good. It was, like, early Stones.

Sydney

I thought it was Australian.

Sydney

We were talking about what happened. We have to assume you were grabbed because someone was trying to hurt me.

Will

Well, yeah. I didn't think they wanted me for all the Lakers statistics I have in my head.

Marshall

It's a subdermal device, placed just below the skull at the brain stem. I've never seen one this small before. Looks like they patched a radio receiver to a powerful microcharge.

Will

So what – what does that mean?

Marshall

It means that they – they put a bomb in your head.

Will

What?!

Marshall

I know, I know. But there's ... good news. Looks like the charge is small enough that the blast will be localized.

Will

Wait – wait. So it might not kill me?

Marshall

No, it'll definitely kill you. There just won't be any collateral damage.
