Leo quotes from Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's

Leo

Right! I'm... I'm the fifth Signer! I won't lose to you! I'll get Luna back!

Leo

Do you think he can do cool stuff to my board? Like give it flashing lights 'n stuff?

Leo

Ahh, wish we could get a closer look.

Leo

Cool! It's a Duel Runner! Hey, Yusei! You're a duelist, right? Duel me! Duel me! Duel me!

Yusei

[Concerned] I'll just cause you trouble if you're seen around me.

Leo

Of course not! C'mon, c'mon, c'mon, please~~ Just one little duel!

Luna

Leo, aren't you the one causing trouble now?

Leo

Next time on Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's: "Dial On! Roar, Deformer Deck". Ka-ching! It's cool, isn't it?

Luna

[Exasperated] Leo, you talk too much.

He reduced his own Life Points to protect his monster?

Leo

Plus, once he takes that 1,800 points of damage, his Speed Counters... [Looks at Mukuro's unaffected Speed Counter display] ...won't decrease?!

Leo

Listen, you guys head home without me. I remembered something I have to do.

Luna

What is it?

Leo

Let's see, what was it again? [Laughs] I'll just have to remember that too! [Runs off]

Dark Dive Bomber's effect is supposed to deal damage 200 times the level of a released monster...

Ultimate Mine Token's level is ten.

Leo

That means... Let's see here... [Starts counting on his fingers]

Luna

A level of ten times 200 equals 2000 points of damage.

Mina

[unraveling a map] Here's the location of the four control stations… Giant, hummingbird, lizard, and monkey. They're pretty spread out.

Trudge

What's the plan? Hit all these units up one by one?

Jack

That would be a huge waste of time. Besides, a duel is one-on-one. We're gonna have to split up and go solo. Four Signers, four control stations… It's a no-brainer. Who knows, maybe this is more of Goodwin's destiny at work.

Luna

We were just starting to become a real team

Yusei

We're still a team, Luna. All of us, even if we're apart, we're still fighting for the same thing.

Luna

I guess you're right.

Trudge

Who's going where?

Yusei

I'm pretty sure that the mark of the giant is Kalin, so I'll go there. He and I have business.

Akiza

The lizard is Misty's mark. I'll head over to that section.

Luna

Devack is the monkey, and… I have to get Ancient Fairy Dragon, so I'm gonna go take him on.

Leo

And I'm gonna go so I can root for ya!

Jack

So the hummingbird must be…

Carly

If it's answers that you want, you'll have to come find me tomorrow.

Jack

That other girl.

Leo

So if I'm in the middle of this monkey barrier, that means…

Devack

[appearing] Who are you? What's going on? You're not a Signer. What are you doing here?

Leo

[fiercely] I'm here to duel you! That is if you think you're strong enough to take me on!

Trudge

Leo!

Devack

Is this some kind of joke? Where's the little girl? Why isn't she here? I told her to come.

Leo

Yeah, well, she's busy. You're gonna have to duel me instead, mister! I may not be a Signer, but that doesn't mean that I can't rock a deck! Now come on! Let's see what you're made of!

Devack

I applaud your enthusiasm. I really do. But I'm afraid that you simply do not have the power to match me, boy.

Leo

You don't know that!

Devack

If you insist on being destroyed, so be it.

Let's duel!

Devack

I sense good things. [laughs sinisterly]

Leo

What are you talking about?!

Devack

You human beings, so narrow minded. You have no idea that this battle is being waged in the Spirit World as well. I assume that's where your poor sister is right now, isn't she?

Leo

Leave Luna out of this! You're dueling me! Now draw your card and go!

Devack

My pleasure. Though once you see what I have in mind, you'll wish I waited! Now, meet your doom in the guise of my dark tuner monster, Dark Ape!

Leo

Wha…?

But it's powerless!

Yusei

Not for long. Just watch.

Devack

Your friend Yusei knows what he's talking about. Behold! By using my Dark Wave spell, I can convert a monster's level into negative energy. Now you can witness the real purpose of my Dark Ape, as I use him to combine forces with Fighter Ape! [chanting] When the shadows are devoured by even darker shadows, the curtain pulls back and reveals… a world without light! Come forth, Zeman the Ape King!

Leo

Oh, no! It's gonna take me and my friends away!

Devack

You don't have to worry about that. This immortal requires a different kind of power source… one that exists in the spirit world. By the power of the Dark Signers, I summon Earthbound Immortal Cusillu!

Leo

Is that a whale?

Trudge

I don't remember me mentioning any Dark Signers with a whale mark.

Yusei

That's 'cause there isn't one, unless they managed to turn someone new into a Dark Signer!

Leo

The only control tower left is the one Akiza went to, right?

Yusei

Yeah, but she needs to hurry! If she doesn't take it down before sunset, the gate to the Netherworld will open! [thinking] I hope Akiza's okay.

Akiza

I've dueled Misty before. She is not my biggest fan.

Misty

You couldn't care less about the people you hurt, could you, Akiza? My brother is gone, and it's all your fault!

Mina

[curious] What exactly happened to her brother?

Akiza

I don't even know who he is.

Mina

Maybe she's just got you confused with someone else.

Akiza

No. It's definitely me she's after. As for her brother, I don't know what I did, but I can't worry about it. All that matters is defeating Misty and sealing that control tower.

Misty

Play all the weeds you want, Akiza, because I'm gonna mow them down along with the rest of your Life Points!

Trudge

Leo! Luna!

Mina

Are you okay?

Leo

Yeah.

Trudge

So how's the duel going?

Luna

Akiza's winning right now, but she's not acting like her normal self.

Akiza

I place two cards facedown and end my turn.

Misty

Then it's my move, Akiza. I draw! [draws her Earthbound Immortal monster card] This duel is over! From my hand, I activate the spell-- Advance Force! Due to the effect of this card, Dragon Queen of Tragic Endings counts as two monsters when it's sacrificed, and that lets me summon out this little guy! Prepare yourself for the Netherworld, Akiza! Come forth, Earthbound Immortal Ccarayhua!
