Randy Orton in “Unfinished Business”

Randy Orton

I regret that Shawn Michaels' wife, Rebecca, had to endure what happened last night. And this is what happened. [footage from Randy Orton's match with Shawn Michaels from Judgment Day the night before is shown, where Orton gave Michaels a concussion] And you have to ask yourself this question. Could that have possibly been the last match in the illustrious career of Shawn Michaels? You see in professional wrestling, in an, in any professional sport for that matter, an injury is like a target. It's like a great big bullseye, and I took advantage of that injury. Shawn Michaels did not listen to the doctors' opinion. Shawn Michaels was told not to come into this ring, much less compete. I did what any professional would have done. I beat Shawn Michaels. And not because he suffered a concussion. I beat Shawn Michaels because I'm the legend killer, Randy Orton.
