“Never Give a Trucker an Even Break” · Season 1, Episode 7
In this episode: Joanie (4), Dr. David Banner (3)
What happened? And how'd you get up here anyway?
In this car I saw them take you.
You came back to help me?
Yes.
Why? [pause] Thanks. [pause] And that creature attack you too?
Uh... I had an attack, yes. [pause] I really have to buy shirts that stretch.
What?
Oh nothing.
[looking in her rear view mirror as the truck is coming after them] Why is there never a cop when you need one.
[after the Hulk transforms back into David]
[waking up] David... I thought...
Come on. We've gotta down the highway and get some help.
At least we came out alive.
Yeah.
Say, Joanie, you really oughta talk and look for that reporter guy, McGee. He's around here talking to people like you who saw the big creature.
Okay, I'll watch out for him. Thanks.
By the way, thank you for the clothes.
Are you kidding? After all you went through for me. A few new clothes is the least I could do. I'm sorry I couldn't afford more.
Look, I think until you get your insurance money, hm. You better save every penny you can. What about that reward?
Oh, it's coming too. Couple of weeks. Those guys really had some operation, huh?
Mmm.
David.
Mm-hm.
I'd like to share that reward with you.
That would be nice, but I really have to leave.
I'd like to share more than that with you.
How about lunch?
[smiles] That's a start.
Yeah.
