Mon-El and Supergirl in “Unfinished Business”

Mon-El

I heard you took out Draaga.

Supergirl

Yeah. Thanks for the tip.

Mon-El

Yeah, I thought it would be fun to have his powers.

Supergirl

It can be. It will be. I'm going to teach you how.

Mon-El

I got the impression you didn't want to spend time with me.

Supergirl

Well, you're right, I didn't. But I asked the D.E.O. to release you into my custody.

Mon-El

Really? Why?

Supergirl

I wasn't sent to planet Earth to be a hero. I was sent to protect my cousin. To teach him and keep him safe. And I never got to fulfill that purpose. So, in a weird way, helping you... it gives me another chance to do that.
