Lionel [in Clark] and Clark [in Lionel] in “Unfinished Business”

What do you think? I wanted to thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule, Mr. Luthor. I understand how time-consuming making license plates can be... You're not gonna touch me with that rock in your hand. You won't get near me, not with my... speed.

You're never gonna get away with this.

Oh, but I am. With my mind and your body, the sky's the limit, Clark.

I don't know what you're talking about.

You know, it's becoming clear to me why you're so secretive. You understand that true power... is better left concealed.
