Jack Porter quotes from Revenge

Jack

I should have left months ago but you know, life gets in the way.

Jack

I don't know if she's screwing with me or she's in serious trouble.

Nolan

What are frick and frack doing here?

Jack

Getting loaded.

Nolan

And laid by the look of it.

Jack

You think I don't see right through this?

Daniel

See through what Porter? It's a check not a shoe bomb.

Jack

Thought you went to school.

Declan

Charlotte flaked on me again. She was supposed to drive me.

Jack

Does it have anything to do with that paparazzi video of her with that girl? Why didn't you talk to me about it, man? I gotta hear about it from a group of barflies? What's going on?

Declan

She's in a really dark place and she's... she has been ever since Amanda...

Jack

She into drugs again?

Declan

I don't know. I don't know, maybe. It's pretty hard for me to tell with her blowing me off every day.

Jack

[Declan takes a handful of bills from the bar's tip jar] What are you...?

Declan

I need money for bus fare.

Jack

How many buses are you taking?

Jack

I think about all the opportunities you had to tell me. That night under the fireworks, the night Sammy died...

Emily

I wanted to.

Jack

But you didn't. So I ask myself... Why? Why was this so important to you? Then a couple weeks ago, I was leaving my uncle's place in Pittsburgh and Carl was asleep in the back. I looked in the rearview and, just as he was waking up, his eyes caught mine, and... he just sprang to life. And in that moment, I saw... the love that a child has for their father. And I understood... why you're doing what you're doing. Why you told me when you did. To save me. [kisses her, then pulls away] I didn't know how I felt about you until this moment. And I'm sorry. I just don't feel anything. I'll keep your secret, but it's just me and Carl now. Leave us alone.

Emily

I'm not killing anybody, Jack. But I will let them suffer. These are terrible people doing terrible things. This is what they deserve.

Jack

Did Amanda get what she deserved? Did Declan? Will I once the Graysons start connecting dots? Because they know what Amanda Clarke was trying to do to them. They just killed the wrong girl.
