Oh. Oobi dance, you dance.
[Grampu hits play on the music (steel drum, bass guitar, rhythm guitar and cowbell) and Oobi does a dance move.]
OOobi
Oobi dance, you dance.
[Oobi continues dancing. Kako, Uma, and Grampu watch him. Grampu then stops the music. Oobi joins the others.]
Oh. Uma dance, you dance!
[Grampu turns on the music (piano, drums, and bass guitar) and Uma dances.]
[Uma continues to dance until Grampu turns off the music. Uma sighs, joins the others and Grampu chuckle.]
Huh? Oh! [to viewers] Kako dance, you dance.
[Kako sings his own music and dances. This confuses everyone else.]
[Grampu points to the radio.]
[Oobi reaches into the box, and takes out a pig cookie.]
[Kako starts acting like a pig by oinking constantly, and eats all of the animal cookies, including the cookie Oobi was holding. Oobi gets annoyed over what Kako did.]
[first lines]
Oobi, Uma, and Kako: [together] Camp out! Camp out! Camp out! Camp out! Camp out!
Ooh. Hmm-hmm. Tent. Hmm-hmm-hmm.
OOobi
Yeah, ha-ha. Hey, you tent.

[girl] A tent.

[boy] I made a tent.
[Oobi and Grampu are outside in the yard. Kako walks up to them with his pet puppy.]
OOobi
Hmm? [gasps] Puppy! Puppy. Puppy, puppy, puppy!
OOobi
Puppy, puppy, puppy.
OOobi
Hi, puppy. Puppy, bark. Puppy, bark! [the puppy doesn't bark] Puppy, no bark!
Ooh, Uma help. Uma glue. [humming]
[Uma douses Oobi and Kako with glue, sticking their mouths together.]
Oobi and Kako: Uma, Uma! Uma, Uma! [straining]
[Uma puts the toy car on a big, blue block. She has a red toy wrench and red and yellow toy pliers.]
Uma fix car. Tools. Uma fix car.
[Uma tries to put the wheel back on with the pliers, but she just makes it worse. The door falls off. The car slides off the block and the hood falls off.]
[gasps] Door, tire! Oh, no! Oh, car broken. Fix... fix. Fix car. Um, fix. Fix car- Oobi car mess! Oh. [whimpering]
[Oobi hums as he enters the living room where he meets up with a worried Uma.]
Oh! Oh, Oobi car? [thinks] Uh, red car?
OOobi
Uh-huh! [concerned] Uh, Uma? Oobi car...
[Uma gestures Oobi to his toy car, which is now a wreck. He gasps in horror, and begins to stammer.]
OOobi
D-Door...?! T-Tire...?! Red... Car... OOBI'S?!?
OOobi
[sputters] ...UMA!!! OOBI CAR!!!! [sputters] ....BROKEN!!! [whimpers]
[tries to calm Oobi down] But, Oobi... Oobi--
OOobi
[outraged] OOBI, ANGRY, UMA! ANGRY, ANGRY, ANGRY! [grunt]
[Both Oobi and Uma whimper, with Oobi being upset over his car being broken and Uma being upset over Oobi yelling at her, when Grampu enters the room with his toolbox.]
OOobi
G-GRAMPU!!! OOBI CAR!!!! UMA PLAY, NOT... CAREFUL... BROKEN!!! [slowly] ANGRY. [grunt]
[Grampu pats Oobi's head.]
Oobi, Grampu understand. Car broken. Oobi angry.
OOobi
[shakes head] Angry.
[Oobi and Kako walk into the kitchen. Grampu sets out some sandwiches for them.]
Oobi and Kako: [together] Thanks!
[still clucking like a chicken]
Bawk bawk! Bawk, bawk, bawk, bawk.
Yeah. Oobi, Kako ride 'em cowboy! Yeehaw!
OOobi
[laughs] Oh. Kako, Oobi "yeehaw!" You "yeehaw!" You "yeehaw!"
Oobi, Kako, and Voices: Yeehaw! Yeehaw! Yeehaw!
Oobi, Kako, and Grampu: Yeehaw! Yeehaw!
[singing] Rain, rain, rain. Rain, rain, rain.
Oobi and Kako: [singing flatly] Rain, rain, rain. Rain, rain, rain.
Uma find rainbow. Rainbow? Rainbow? [gasps] Oobi, Kako! Uma find! Uma find!
Uh-uh. Uma find raindrops. Look! Drop, drop. Drop, drop, drop.
OOobi
Um, uh. Uh, nice, Uma.
[not so amazed] Whoo-hoo.
Uma catch raindrops. [she catches raindrops with her mouth] Drop. Drop. Drop. Drop.
Oobi and Kako: [they shrug and do what Uma does] Drop. Drop. Drop. Drop. Drop.
[gasps] Uma, Oobi, Kako catch raindrops. You catch raindrops.
OOobi
Yeah, you catch raindrops.
Uma, Kako, Oobi, and Voices: Drop, drop, drop. Drop, drop, drop.
Good. You catch raindrops. Mm-hmm.
OOobi
Oobi, Uma, Kako elephant.
Oobi, Uma, and Kako: [trumpeting]
[gasps] You elephant. You elephant.
Oobi, Uma, Kako, and Voices: [trumpeting]
Kako love circus. [points at the ringmaster at the circus poster] Ringmaster. Ladies, gentlemen!
OOobi
Oobi love circus. [points at the acrobats at the circus poster] Acrobats. [imitates drum] Ta-da!
Uma love circus. [points at the elephant at the circus poster] Elephants! [trumpets, gasps] Oobi, Uma, Kako go circus?
Oobi, Uma, and Kako: Grampu!
[Oobi and Uma are watching TV, appearing to be entranced.]
OOobi
Oh. Hi. Oobi, Uma, watch video.
[Grampu enters the scene.]
Oobi and Uma: [monotonous] Hello, Grampu.
Oh, Oobi, Uma, watch video. How many times?
[Grampu smiles as he nods.]
[Grampu is shocked to hear this, and tries to get the kids' attention.]
Oobi? Uma? [he eventually gets fed up] Video, enough. [shuts the TV off]
RDr. Rose
Hello, Grampu. Hi, Oobi.
OOobi
Hi, Dr. Rose. Oh, Oobi. Beads.
[He shows Dr. Rose how he's arranged the beads on the toy.]
RDr. Rose
Wonderful! Oobi beads expert.
RDr. Rose
Oobi, follow Dr. Rose?
OOobi
Oh, um, Grampu come too?
RDr. Rose

Ah. There. Neighborhood finished!

Uh-oh. Sophie hungry. Oobi help?
[Oobi looks through Sheila's bag and finds a bottle.]
[Sheila gives the bottle to Sophie, and she quickly starts to drink it.]
OOobi
Oh. Grampu, look! Mouth moving. Sophie drinking.
[Maestru brings the kids to the performance room, where he has set up music stands for everyone.]

First song, "Row, Row, Row Boat."
Oh, "Row, Row, Row Boat!" Um, um, Kako know!
MMaestru
Mm-hmm, very good. "Row, Row, Row Boat," round.

[Ray nods his head, and his glasses fall down.]

Ah. Heh. [adjusts glasses]

[Oobi and Kako sing Yo-To-Ho and asks Maestru to stop singing.]
