Princess Luna? Hi, my name is-
Star Swirl the Bearded. Commendable costume! Thou even got the bells right...
Thank you, finally! Somepony who gets my costume! You kinda sound like you're yelling at me.
But this is the traditional royal Canterlot voice! It is tradition to speak using the Royal "we", and to use [louder and echoed] This much volume when addressing our subjects!
Don't worry, Princess. Fluttershy can give you some great pointers. She's delicate and demure with the sweetest little voice. [knocks on door]
[loudly and echoed] Go away! No candy here! Visitors are not welcome on Nightmare Night!
[nervous laughter] Fluttershy, it's me, Twilight!
It is you. Oh, and Nightmare Moon. [gasp] Nightmare Moon?! Aaah! [slams the door]
[another nervous laughter] Wait right here.
[various noises]
Fluttershy... you remember Princess Luna?
[booming voice throughout the scene] Charmed.
[Fluttershy zooms away in fear, but Twilight levitates her back]
[timidly] Likewise.
Twilight Sparkle hath spoken of the sweetness of thy voice. We ask thou teachest to us to speak as thou speakest.
[quiet] OK.
Shall our lessons begin?
[quieter] OK...
Shall we mimic thy voice?
[whisper] OK...?
How is this?
[hurriedly] Perfect, lesson over!
[Fluttershy zooms away but Twilight slams the door on her]
A little quieter, princess.
[booming voice] How is... [loud voice] this?
Better. Right, Fluttershy?
[nervous, dazed laughter] Yes...
[loud voice] How... about... now?
Now you're getting it.
[normal voice] And... how about now?
Yes! Well done.
[booming voice] I thank thee, deer Fluttershy! Our normal speaking voice shall surely win us the hearts of thy fellow villagers!
