I can only assume since I am gone, we have not achieved that goal. I have hidden a terrible weapon of last resort, a perfected version of what almost extinguished their empire so long ago. It is inexorable death for any and all Viltrumites. I only hesitated to use it because it may also strike down those with similar genetics. Mark's people for instance. Nolan knows of the weapon's existence, but he does not and cannot know this. Allen, for the good of all living beings, use the Scourge Virus to finish what I started and let nothing stop you.
