[The dogs and kids are at Emily's backyard.]
[Sighs] I wish we could go to the park.
[Angrily] Me too. That Mr. Bleakman has ruined it for everyone.
[From behind them] Hey. What are you kids doing here?
[The dogs and kids turn around and see Mr. Bleakman standing in front of a trash can holding the "No Dogs" sign behind his back.]
We're sorry, Mr. Bleakman. Are we making too much noise or something?
No. But kids and dogs should at the park– [Uses his left leg to wheel out the trash can from behind him] –on a beautiful day like today. [Drops the "No dogs" sign in the can] Don't you think so?
[Excitedly] You mean we can go back to the park now, Mr. Bleakman?
[Excitedly] With our dogs?
That's what parks are for. [Jabs his thumb at the path leading to the park] Now get going.
[Excitedly] Come on, Clifford, let's go!
[The dogs and kids run out of the backward and to the path leading to the park. Clifford returns and licks Mr. Bleakman's face.]
[Happily] Yep. That's what parks are for.
