[fairy dust opens on a drawing of circles with faces that look like people on a baseball field as a man in a fedora hat appears]
Good afternoon, sports fans! Welcome to the Candlestick Jumping Finals! Let's go down to the field!
[a silhouette man appears holding a retro microphone and approaches the candlestick]
Thank you, Fred. Here is a candle that is exactly 24 inches high with a very, hot flame. Don't try this at home. Okay, back to you.
[focusing his retro microphone] Now here's Jack [a teenage boy appears] the world record holder Jack Be Nimble.
[Jack works on push-ups with his spiked shoes.]
Jack be quick.
[Jack runs three times and takes deep breaths.]
[drumroll plays] Here's the approach. He's up! He's over! Jack jumped over the candlestick! [the background jumps up and down] And the crowd goes wild!
