Oliver, Agent Samanda Watson and others in “Unfinished Business”

Oliver

So far, Ricardo Diaz has been unstoppable. He has aligned himself with the most powerful criminal organization in the country. He controls Star City's government, its infrastructure, and its police force. I can't stop him on my own.

And when you say you can't stop him, are you speaking as the former Mayor... or as someone else? [Oliver says nothing.] You want my help? I'm gonna need two things from you. The first is, I'm gonna need you to say the words.

Oliver

I am the Green Arrow.

And the truth shall set you free.

Oliver

What's the second thing? [Watson says nothing.]
