Darhk in “Unfinished Business”

Darhk

I've been waiting for this moment for a long time. Ms. Lance. Nine months ago, I made your daddy a promise. I told him what I would do if he betrayed me. [Oliver resists Darhk's spell long enough to fire an arrow at him, but Darhk mystically catches it.] Impressive. Now, where was I? Oh, yeah. I want you to give your father a message. From me. I want you to tell him... [stabs Laurel with the arrow and twists it] I'm a man of my word.
