Andromeda · Season 1
So, you took it upon yourself to disregard Commonwealth decision?
No, I took it upon myself to do the right thing. How 'bout you Pish, you doin' the right thing? You were working for the Nietzscheans, you were even making deals with Tyr Anasazi.
I'm not on trial here sir.
You should be.
Well then, stop the universe, 'cause I want to get off.
Small-time scuffle on a big-time perpetrator.
[laughs] I bet you say that to all the girls.
So, what's our first move?
We travel into the future.
Exactly. Because it belongs to us.
The past is gone, the future yet to be, the present just that—a gift, wrapped for us to enjoy.
Oh, well this truth thing isn't so bad after all, is it.
Yeah, but don't get too comfortable with it just yet because now I'm going to need you to lie.
To whom?
Moldar.
Forget it.
Oh no, no, don't worry, you won't have to lie to him by yourself.
Really? And who would be psychotic enough to accompany me on such a doomed mission?
Your new smuggling partner.
Any thoughts?
Well, several, none of which should be said aloud in the presence of a lady.
So what's stopping you?
Just my inner female, of course.
Contrary to what most men think, there are certain situations in which even the most majestic of force lances, is useless.
There is nothing useless about my force lance. (Changes lance into grappling hook)
My turn to be impressed.
I'll show you its other uses later.
Great, first monuments, and now bombs that walk, talk and act like me.
Beka, bring us in.
Wait a minute. How come we always have to be the ones who rescue people?
Because I love to see you squirm.
Just once, I'd like to rescue an ugly woman.
And ruin my chances of being smitten by or... smoting... a beautiful woman, leave me alone, I can't love straight when I'm in think.
Whatever that means.
Set a course for the Trillan system.
Boss, we already have.
Dylan, I thought they knocked you out of commission.
Well, not today, just set a course.
Captain, should you be on command?
Rhade--
Dylan.
Unhh.
You're too weak to be here.
Rommie, you are no longer my friend.
Alright, p-prepare for... the library, my-my father's... no, the Magog Worldship is coming.
Captain, I'm afraid I'm going to have to relieve you of command.
Well that's no relief at all. See, my power is now absolute... no one can move me.
[Rommie pushes Dylan backward with one finger]
[looks at Beka and Rhade, between whom Dylan just fell] What are you two? Idiots?
Why didn't you catch him?
I thought you had him.
Dylan, the doors!
Open says me. [fires guns]
Now there Rev, that's the way.
Uh-huh, uh-huh.
You like it?
Uh-huh, uh-huh. (This refers to the song That's the Way (I Like It))
Whew! All in a day's work, piece of cake. Chocolate cake, with a Harper on top.
Victory comes from accepting the unacceptable, the darkness in all of us.
