Amphibia · Season 1
[After the Core is destroyed, Frobo brings Anne, who has been petrified and exhausted due to the results of the secret spell]
Come on, Anne... you'll be okay...
[supposed last words] Don't cry, Sprig. It's okay. Saving this world was the best decision I've ever made. My only regret is that... I never... got to see Love Choice 2...
[Everyone chuckles for this, and Anne’s body whithers into leaves which float toward the cosmos]
[Ten years after Andrias and Darcy’s defeats, an adult Anne is showing a frog to the class at the Aquarium of the Pacific]
A frogs environment is everything, they love humanity. [shows the children a pink frog] this energetic fella is a Pink South American Tree Frog!
[the children stare in amazement]
Wow! So cute! What’s his name?
I named him Sprig, after a dear dear friend of mine!
Okay, class, everyone thank Anne the herpetologist.
Thanks, Frog Lady! [they leave]
Change can be difficult, but it's how we grow. It can be the hardest thing to realize you can't hold on to something forever. Sometimes... you have to let it go. But of the things you let go... you'd be surprised... what makes its way... back to you.
